Quality Relationships are Important

Emotional Literacy

Social-Emotional Learning (SEL) is an evidence-based practice that focuses on the benefits of teaching kids and young adults skills for communicating their feelings. They are taught how their emotions are impacted by their environment and learn strategies for emotional regulation. Restoration Matters offers several different programs and trainings for youth, adults, educators, schools, and community leaders to foster empathy, self-awareness, and social-emotional growth to help create safer, more compassionate communities and schools.
